Its adjustable pilot lights make it easy to change temperature, while the heavy-duty cast iron grates evenly distribute heat. The exterior is made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability, standing up to the wear and tear of a professional kitchen. For added stability, the whole unit is mounted on stainless steel legs with adjustable, non-skid feet.
This unit comes with independent controls that allows you to cook a variety of dishes with varying heat applications, all at once! A removable, stainless steel drip tray keeps the inside of the hot plate, as well as the surrounding area, free from oils spills or crumbs. Plus, thanks to the drip tray's removable design and stainless steel construction, it's easy to clean and place right back in the unit. This hot plate also features a cool-to-the-touch front edge so your employees can avoid extensive heat or any accidental burning. The Globe C24HT Chefmate 24" gas hot plate is shipped as a natural gas unit and can be field converted to liquid propane.
