Description
This Moffat G32D5 Turbofan® 30D single convection oven bakes food on five chrome-plated racks, which slide into five positions. Tall items can fit inside because the racks are removable, and a low volume of items can bake quickly. Its reversing fan provides even heat circulation, while the porcelain-enameled finish distributes heat throughout the interior. Brightened by halogen lamps, product can be monitored through the double-pane glass window as it cooks and can be tracked using the unit's timer, which can be checked on the LED display. To slowly bake dishes, the timer counts as high as 999 minutes, and it can countdown from 180 minutes.
Another LED display shows temperature information, and internal temperatures can be set from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. For moist dishes, a humidity injector provides five different levels to keep food from drying out. To increase user safety, this Moffat G32D5 gas convection oven has an internal system that monitors the pilot light and tracks the temperature. The oven will shut down to prevent further overheating and damage if the temperature exceeds safe levels.
