To withstand the demanding environment of the kitchen, this sandwich grill is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its grill plates are made of heavy-duty, seasoned cast iron, which retains heat well for fast recovery. This is critical in bustling, high volume operations! To maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding area, a removable, stainless steel crumb tray is included.
