Combined with 4 programmable settings, the controls provide you with the custom cooking options to best suit your operation, regardless of the food you're preparing. Plus, each side features its own controls, allowing for independent operation. To help you keep track of the food's progress, the unit features an integrated timer.
To withstand the demanding environment of the kitchen, this sandwich grill is made of stainless steel. Its grill plates are heavy-duty, seasoned cast iron, which retain heat well after use, leading to fast recovery; this is critical in bustling, high volume operations.
