Thanks to its large hopper, you can add a 6 to 8 lb. block of cheese without cutting it into smaller pieces.
For safe use, this shredder features overload protection and includes an auto reset button that prevents operation unless the hopper is fully engaged. With durable stainless steel housing, this unit is sure to withstand heavy use. It includes a 3/16" shredding plate so you can begin shredding cheese right away. For quick clean up, this unit easily disassembles with no tools required! It requires a 230V electrical connection for use and ships with the cord and plug attached.
