The Imperial Range open burner range is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 6 open cast iron burners, this unit's spacious cooktop allows you to cook up to six stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each 40,000 BTU burner is equipped with anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The gasket-free one-piece Venturi base slopes down to the burner to create stronger and more efficient heating and includes a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Wavy "S" shaped cast iron burner grates keep grease and debris away from the pilot and are removable for easy cleaning.
This unit also features a provection oven base with three chrome oven racks for all your baking and warming needs. The oven has a 52,000 BTU output and is operated by a three-position switch. The ignition system is electric for quick and easy heating and features a convenient countdown timer. A 1/2 hp blower motor allows the oven to cook products efficiently and evenly while reducing shrinkage, ensuring your food will be cooked to perfection. The fan is also designed to shut off automatically when the oven door is opened, for added safety when placing or retrieving products. The oven has a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning and enhanced heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in this oven in a left-to-right position.
Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 5" landing edge also offers space for convenient plating and adding finishing touches to your dishes. This unit is complete with sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs. This unit requires a natural gas connection and 120V electrical connection for operation.
