This set includes an 8" large and 5" small meat base, a 32" long skewer, and a clip. The large and small meat bases are designed to support your gyro or shawarma meat by working with the spit on your vertical broiler to keep meat in position during roasting. The two sizes allow for handling high and low output for a wide range of meat sizes and quantities.
The 32" skewer is designed to keep your gyro or doner kebab meat upright and stable, and acts as a replacement or extra spit to the one that came with your broiler.
